Returns

No merchandise can be returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Shipping charges are not refundable and there will be a 20% restocking fee for all merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. No returns on special orders or merchandise that is used or shows sign of wear or damage. No returns on electrical components. No returns after 30 days. All returns are subject to inspection prior to a credit being authorized.

Please Note: Electronic or electrical parts CANNOT be accepted for refund under any circumstances.

If your part arrives damaged, you must contact us within 10 days of receiving the damaged part. If Buymowerparts.com is not contacted within 10 days of receipt of the damaged goods you will be ineligible for any refund.

All returns must have authorization, which can be obtained by contacting customer support at customerservice@buymowerparts.com. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and reason for the return. When returning your order, please make certain your order number is clearly indicated on the outside of your package. Allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
